Kangaroo Gym (45 min., ages: 6 mo. - 3 years) |

This class is designed to suit the needs of your active toddler. This class is set up in an open play format with small amounts of time dedicated to a group exercise, i.e. parachute, circle time, etc. You and your toddler can bounce, balance, hang, swing, jump, and roll on our specialized preschool equipment. Additionally, your child will be interacting with other children, learning to share and taking turns. Your child will build confidence, gross motor skills, social skills, and more... Punch cards available. |

Play Gym

| An open gym atmosphere where you and your children can explore and play together on our specialized gymnastics preschool equipment in a supervised setting. Punch cards available. |

Jump With Me
(45 min., ages :2 - 3 years) |

| Parents accompany children into this class based on gross motor and basic gymnastics skills in a fun structured environment. Students start to learn the basics of flexibility, coordination and strengthening techniques. Great for developing listening skills, self - confidence, and pride. |

Preschool Gymnastics (45 min., ages: 3 & 4) |

| Emphasis on gross motor and basic gymnastics skills taught on specialized preschool equipment. This class is meant to be FUN for the students while working on flexibility, balance and coordination, strength and gymnastics skills. Listening skills and following basic instruction are practiced throughout the session. Children will love the energy in this class and will build self-confidence and pride for the achievements they make. |

Girls Developmental Gymnastics (60 min., ages: 5+) |

| Students progress from basic to advanced gymnastics skills utilizing all equipment. Gymnasts will enhance flexibility, muscle strength, balance and coordination, self-confidence and much more. Gymnastics will be fun while increasing fitness levels. |

Boys Developmental Gymnastics (60 min., ages: 5+) |

| A boys only class designed to progress students from basic to advanced skills utilizing all equipment including boy's apparatus. Focus on strength work, flexibility, body conditioning, and self-confidence. This is a great class to channel boy's energy while improving self-confidence and fitness levels. |

Open Gym
(60 min., ages: 5 - 18 years) |

| Bring your friends and drop in for a high-energy workout in a supervised, non-structured setting. Gymnast is free to workout on areas needing improvement, learning new skills, or simply channeling energy into physical fitness. Non-members must sign a waiver before participating. Punch card available. |

Tumbling
(60 min., ages: 8 - 18 years) |

| Are you trying to learn that back handspring or saulto moves? Then this is the class for you! Designed for students who do not want to work on bars and beams, rather master their tumbling skills. Great for cheerleaders! |

Competitive Gymnastics |

Group Gym (60 min. - ages: 5+) |
|
|
| Be a part of a team! This class consists of synchronized power tumbling, vaulting, mini tramp, and choreographed routines to music. Great for all levels and abilities. Gymnasts compete throughout the year at meets held at the KODG gym and around the local area. Tryouts are held for placement purposes only and all students will be placed on a team. |

USA Gymnastics Competitive Teams |
|
|
| Offered for students who meet the technical requirements of level 4 and higher. USA gymnastics is a governing body of the Olympics. The gymnast will compete in USA sanctioned meets and are additionally required to enroll in a 60-minute ballet class. A placement evaluation is required by appointment. Please consider that a sanctioned team is a greater commitment by both the gymnast and the parent. |
