Policies
1.	New this year: Annual $45.00 family membership fee. (expires yearly on anniversary of enrollment)
2.	Tuition is a yearly fee divided into 6 equal payments (see tuition payment planner at right).
3.	Student is considered enrolled in program unless a drop form is received in office signed by parent before payment priority date.
4.	Once payment priority date has passed, tuition will be applied to account regardless of student’s attendance.
5.	There is a discount for all accounts paid by the early bird payment date (see tuition payment planner at right).
6.	All accounts must be paid by the priority deadline date or student risks their placement in class (students will be automatically dropped from rosters).
7.	Smaller payment schedules available upon request and KODG approval.
8.	A $25.00 fee will be charged to all overdue accounts who fall 25 days past the propriety due date.
9.	A $25.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks. All future payments must be in cash or credit card.
Discounts
*	10% off of two or more yearly classes per child (excludes KODG Preschool, and special events).
*	Additional 10% off balance of tuition for three or more same family siblings. (same exceptions)
*	10% off all accounts (dance, gymnastics, karate) paid in full by September 30, 2008.
*	10% Sibling Discount on the Preschool Program. ONLY
Absences & Make-Ups
*	Your tuition pays for a class spot, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE. However, as a courtesy, Kaleidoscope offers make-ups for yearly classes, (Dance, Gymnastics, Karate), when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of the class. Hence, make-up procedures may vary from program to program, depending on safety concerns, space, equipment, and teaching ratios. Make-ups are a privilege.
*	Kaleidoscope reserves the right to refuse to offer a make-up if we feel it will affect safety or lessen the experience of those children who have registered for and paid for that class.
*	Make-ups are permitted three times per child per year, and are not transferrable. Students must be active to participate in a make-up class.
*	All absences must be made up in the same payment term. In the event of an absence the last week of the term a make-up into the next payment term will be permitted upon request.
*	Holiday absences may be made-up in advance of the holiday if within the same payment term. The same applies to absences due to personal schedule conflicts known in advance.
