Dance With Me
Ages 1.5 years to 3 years
(Parent/Child Participation)
This family time class teaches children through music. The predictable class format encourages independent participation through the use of song, musical instruments and rhythms all while enabling social, motor, language and cognitive skills. *30 Min Class

Toddler Dance
Ages 2 years to 3 years
This is the first introduction to music, song and dance. Children are engaged in song and dance with the use of props that assist in developing both gross and fine motor skills. Unlike Dance with Me, adults will not enter the studio with the child. *30 Min Class

Preschool Dance
Ages 3 years to 4 years
This class will build and continue to assist in developing fine and gross motor skills through song and dance with various props. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Ballet and Tap technique, while building social skills, confidence and independence. *45 Min Class

Preschool Cheer Dance
Ages 3 years to 5 years
This class will focus on the basic fundamentals of cheerleading such as motion technique, jumps, and cheer dance. Students will gain knowledge of proper safety techniques, and are ensured a safe learning environment. The goal of this class is to develop healthy self esteem, teamwork, strength, stamina, flexibility and voice control. Students will be given their own pair of studio colored Poms to bring with them each week to class for COVID health safety. *30 Min Class

Preschool Hip-Hop
Ages 3 years to 5 years
Originating from the lifestyle and culture in the Bronx, NY in the 70s, through Popping and Locking, B-boying/girling, and Social Dance. Students will gain knowledge and history of Hip-Hop and it's roots. This high-energy class will encourage students to bring their own individual style and personality to each movement. *30 Min Class

Mini Tap
Ages 5 years to 7 years
The complexity of rhythms and intricacy of the footwork creates a percussive sound of its own. Students in tap will acquire knowledge from basic steps and rhythms, to counting music and using syncopation of sounds. A challenge for the mind and body, tap allows students to be their own instrument. *30 Min Class

Mini Jazz
Ages 5 years to 7 years
The history of jazz dates back bringing influence from African American roots, Vaudeville, and Broadway. Jazz today, while influenced by various eras and cultures, pays homage while constantly introducing new techniques and teachings. Students will learn various styles and techniques while enrolled in jazz. *30 Min Class

Mini Ballet
Ages 5 years to 7 years
The foundation and strength behind all dance training. Beginning with barre, center work, adagio and petite allegro, leading to grand allegro. Students will be guided, encouraged and challenged. Here, students will build their technical skill, confidence, and style while discovering their own artistry within the study of Ballet. *45 Min Class

Musical Theater
Ages 8+
With influence from Jazz Dance, this class will explore the Broadway style through movement and interpretation of the music as well as pantomime, body and spatial awareness! *45 Min Class

Performance Team Ambassadors
Ages 8+
Kaleidoscope Performance Dance Team. This is the "face" of KODG dance, in the community. 30min of this class will be spent teaching Youth to look beyond the scope, and give back to the community. Youth will focus on, and plan activities such as the studio's holiday giving tree, planning performances for the local nursing homes, running coat drives, can drives, performing at local high school/middle/elementary school fundraisers, etc. The remainder of class time will be spent working on choreography, technique and performance practice. All Youth enrolled in this class will be required to take an additional core tech class (a tap, jazz, or ballet class).
